Outreach brand Voice, IP and Data services complement our carrier branded products allowing us to provide our customers with best of breed with the networks, contracts and billing directly from those carriers, or under the Outreach brand, at a sizeable savings.

For example, customers can choose to get Internet T-1 service from carrier “A” with a contract from them, install by them on their network and a bill from them at about $550.00. The same can be obtained from Outreach’s brand but at 20 to 35% less. Outreach’s branded services would be installed by “A’s” technicians, carry “A’s” Service Level Agreements (SLA), be installed on “A’s” network, but the contract from Outreach has far simpler and easier terms and the bill is from Outreach.
