Choosing a NEW Provider
Outreach offers two ways to procure energy services (both are based upon YOUR historical usage data):
- Indexing – whereby you switch to a month to month service provider that follows the Natural Gas pricing, but generally stays about 10 to 15% lower than the utility. Index rates are based upon market ESTIMATES, and are not a guaranteed quote. Your rate will fluctuate from time to time but generally will be much less expensive than what the local utility will charge you. Again, this service is month to month, so if you choose to change back to your local utility, then you can do so at any time without penalty.
INDEXING IS USUALLY THE BEST METHOD FOR SMALL BUSINESS COST SAVINGS.
- Guarantee of Rates – choosing this option will guarantee your rates are stabilized for the duration of your agreement. The “All in Rate” is usually 8 to 16% lower than your prior year’s service charges. All in rates usually require an agreement be put into place on the same day that the quote is returned due to daily market fluctuation.
INDEXING UNTIL MARKET RATES BOTTOM OUT AND THEN LOCKING IN A NEW GUARANTEED RATE IS USUALLY THE BEST METHOD FOR MIDSIZE AND LARGE BUSINESSES TO MAXIMIZE COST SAVINGS.

What is required of you?
All that is required of you is a simple fax to Outreach of your energy bills (one per meter, per location), and we will begin the cost reduction evaluation process. Your quote or estimate will be returned in about one week or less. If we require anything else, such as an LOA, we will let you know. After you choose your energy supplier, Outreach will place the order and it should be completed by your next meter reading! There are no physical changes to your service at all; this is purely a billing change. That means that you have nothing to lose and only additional cash flow to gain!
